    THE MOST EPIC SHORTS & BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

    First of all, we needed these shorts in the worst way to attend the Savannah Banana game in DC this past weekend. I accidentally ordered a MEN's medium. Sent them back to return them and get a new pair in the Youth size. In my crazy rush to fix my mistake I ended up ordering three different pairs, ihn different orders and with different shipping levels. I was panicked!

    THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE WAS INSANE! BASEBALL 101 REACHED OUT TO *ME* TO CONSOLIDATE, CANCEL AND ENSURE DELIVERY. The shorts (one pair, haha) arrived the day before the game and it was perfect. I cannot stress enough how happy our kid was and how relieved that there is was actually someone listening and caring on the other end of this website to help a frantic mom out.
