What is the Baseball Lifestyle 101 return/exchange policy?

If the product does not meet your expectations, or you are unsatisfied in any way, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that exchange products are requests only, and can not be guaranteed as they are based on availability at the time of processing.

Holiday Return Policy

Beginning November 1 and through the end of the year, we will extend the return/exchange window to 60 days from purchase to allow for holiday gift giving.  Please use our portal to complete any necessary returns or exchanges.  

How do I return a product?

When processing a return, please find your original order number. Once the order number is located, please use our portal - here and follow the instructions to process your return/exchange.

The product I purchased is defective. How do I exchange it?

If you feel you have received a defective product, please email us at info@bl101.com so that we may correct the issue. Please include pictures of your issue.
