I love the quality of these shorts, especially the thickness. My son wears a size 12 and based on the size chart he seemed to be in between sizes. I decided to “size up” and purchased him the youth XL in shorts and tops. He has room in the XL size and ties the short strings for a snugger fit. The size chart was definitely helpful when deciding on the best size.
