    Excellent Customer Service

    To be very honest the backpack itself was just okay and not the greatest quality. I was disappointed in the size of the side pockets intended for drink bottles. They hardly fit a thin 8 oz size water. Also our first backpack had a damaged zipper, but their customer service is superior! They very extremely prompt in rectifying the issue with the zipper. I do hope that future wise the backpacks are of better quality, but all in all we’re happy with our purchase of two backpacks for our boys back to school. Due to their excellent service and cool products, we’ll be returning customers. Thank you again for all your help!

    Great product

    My son is obsessed with his ice cream backpack and lunchbox. It has already withheld the first two weeks of middle school and holds so much! He’s even had kids offer to buy it from him 😂
