You seriously have to work on customer service and prompt delivery! I placed an order Aug 14th, 2025. It’s been 12 days! Really? I check the tracking and it says we are working on your order. It should have arrived by now! So frustrating as I ordered it for my grandson to wear on the 1st day of school Sept 2nd because he made a 14U traveling team and this is what the guys are doing when they make a traveling team. Hope it shows up by then.

Hello, to anyone in BL101, I need to know the status of my order its been more than 12 business days. I been waiting for a email response for the last couple of days and no one has responded. You don’t provide a number so I can’t talk to no one. The status says my order is being prepared. I paid the shipping fee and you to take this long is unacceptable. This is the only order you have taken for ever but the most frustrating part is your communication. I’ve already a paid a portion for this order and I feel like I just got scam because your lack of communication.

This new drop is my favorite. I have loved the other collections and bought them But you knocked this new collection " OUT OF THE PARK." Going to buy for Christmas for my grandson.
